We all have things we've said and done that we wish we could take back. We got so wrapped up in our own thoughts that we didn't realize what we were saying or doing went way beyond what we intended. Sometimes, if we're lucky, someone else will tell us what we said or did was wrong. But the problem with that is that it's hard for us to believe them until they can prove they mean it and stick with it.
